In 2011 we launched our bespoke Online Portal - fully integrated with PC, iPhone, iPad, Android and Blackberry formats - to deliver online content in support of all of our programmes.  

Put simply, every person we work with can now enjoy a personalised online resource tailored to their organisation, the programme they have attended, and the coach they have worked with for every programme they attend.  

Our clients tell us that Black Isle are the only supplier offering them this level of service in support of face to face learning. The portal allows delegates to see pre-learning videos, downloads and links, which means that plenty of theory can be learned prior to the face to face session, and a personal introduction by the coach can be pre-recorded and delivered to each attendee - on their mobile device!

The face to face coaching we deliver focuses very much on just the practical coaching of skills, and so busy people really benefit from shorter, more focused sessions.

Following face to face coaching, the Online Portal delivers follow up videos, links and ebooks which support the experience and provide each delegate with a video enhanced application, accessible on their mobile device 24 hours a day, where they can remind themselves of the tips and advice they received during their face to face session.  

Not only that, but we continue to feed each individual's application tailored news, topical video feeds and relevant articles of interest all the time that they remain a client, so that they have a dynamic and portable reminder of the training and coaching they have received from us.
