Lead Strategically

In today's fast moving and changing business world the challenges for leaders are increasing. They have to deal with the here and now and they also have to think about tomorrow. This module is for senior leaders who want to develop the knowledge and skills to lead their business successfully into the future. It focuses on creating an innovative and forward thinking mind set and gives leaders the tools and building blocks to think and lead strategically.

In addition to introducing some organisational models that help leaders identify the essential ingredients for business growth, we also use our Leadership Compass to ensure leaders are focusing on their key responsibilities and are behaving in a way that is inspirational.

After this module participants:

  • Understand the principles of leading change
  • Know how to identify the need for growth and change using SWOT and PESTLE analysis
  • Know how to align the people to the strategy
  • Know how to create a culture that supports the change
  • Understand the relationship between Vision, Strategy, Mission, Values and Behaviour
