Lead through Change

During periods of increasing change inspiring leadership is crucial to continued success. It ensures the team and organisation performs at a high level and stays ahead of the competition.

This workshop is for leaders who are consistently leading people through periods of change. It ensures leaders maintain motivation and performance throughout the change by employing some simple principles.

The workshop creates a more positive mind-set to change by developing an understanding of what is driving the change. It helps leaders identify how they can 'bed in' the change by developing a culture that supports their vision. It helps leaders learn how to be more proactive and innovative in their approach to dealing with change. Finally leaders learn about the importance of their role in leading the change especially in how they behave and communicate.

After this module participants:

  • Can identify the drivers of change
  • Understand the principles of Leading Change
  • Understand how to use the Change Transition Curve to identify motivation levels within the team
  • Understand how to move team members through the different stages of change
  • Understand how to create a culture to support the change
