Lead with Authenticity

This workshop is for all leaders and forms the basis of great leadership. It is our core leadership module because it focuses on helping leaders understand and identify their natural leadership style. It highlights areas of leadership strength and identifies leadership blind spots. The workshop encourages leaders to think about the impact their behaviour has on those around them and generates a high level of leadership awareness which is the corner stone of great leadership.

This results in the development of genuine authentic leadership which inspires others and leads to success

After this module participants:

  • Identify the key driver of authentic behaviour
  • Can identify their own natural strengths and preferred way of working
  • Have the ability to identify with team members and communicate on their level leading to improved rapport
  •  Understand the role of a leader and what is meant by the term Authentic Leadership
  • Understand the key responsibilities of a leader using the Leadership Compass and how to lead with authenticity when carrying out each responsibility
