Our group programmes generally run over half days or sometimes full day sessions, and in a sequence of two or three progressive modules so skills are built up and embeded over time. We use our unique online portal for pre and post learning, so that face to face time is taken up with practical skills coaching.
Anyone who has ever had sports coaching in tennis or golf will testify that skills’ learning without video is a slow and painful process which can be largely experimental. This is the primary reason why our video cameras are pretty much always on during our coaching sessions – we base our training and coaching not on theory, but on practice. Whatever the business outcome you are looking for, we design a series of practical coaching sessions using real case studies and realistic simulations, and we deliver immediate feedback and advice which is reinforced by video analysis during these sessions.
