Justin Harkiewicz

As a seasoned senior executive with over two decades of international experience in Asia, fluency in Mandarin, and ten years in China managing start-ups and growing existing companies, Justin brings a wealth of knowledge of staff development needs to Black Isle.

A Mandarin speaker for over half of his life, Justin feels very comfortable with all levels of Chinese society. Whether training company leaders, government officials or local staff, he has a great knack of putting all who meet him at ease and motivating them to achieve the highest levels of communication skills.

Having lived and worked in China for so many years he is committed to staying there and doing his best to contribute to the country’s dynamic growth. With an extensive background in many industries, extensive cultural exposure and language abilities, we are happy to have him on our team.

Justin holds an M.A in Education from Michigan State University, one of highest rated teaching universities in the United States, and a B.A. in Asian Studies from Seton Hall University.
