Helena has over 15 years experience in leadership development, delivering powerful and sustainable learning for her clients. She works with groups and individuals, balancing expert knowledge and teaching with skilled process facilitation. Her experience and passion lie in helping individuals and organisations improve their leadership capabilities. The core focus of her work is therefore leader and leadership development and she has a particular interest in helping senior teams become more effective. Helena also has significant coaching experience, working at all levels within organisations. She has a deep commitment to make learning practical and useful.
Prior to moving into consulting, Helena worked in strategic and operational HR roles within Aon, Dennis Publishing and Touche Ross. She has a Masters in Leadership and Learning from Lancaster and is a CIPD Member.
