Tim Richardson

Tim has been coaching at executive level for 12 years. He was an officer in the British Army for 12 years prior to joining Black Isle – during this time he held many front line leadership roles on operations overseas, including the Gulf War in 1991. He left the Army and joined Black Isle in Hong Kong in 1998.

Tim started the London office in early 1999, taking ownership of the European operation two year's later. Tim has specifically focused Black Isle on the top financial, legal and professional service firms in London. His clients are typically senior executives and experienced fee earners within global banks and international law firms. Tim regularly coaches on a one to one basis at CEO/Managing Director level and also runs group workshops for executive leadership teams.

The majority of Tim’s work is in helping senior bankers and financial markets professionals raise their leadership communication, authenticity and personal impact to much higher levels. He runs leadership communication initiatives for some of the most highly respected banks in the world, and also advises International Law Firms and Investment Banks on specific transaction and panel pitches, and has had notable success with both sectors.
