Winning the Pitch

Our PRECISE client analysis tool will allow you to step inside the shoes of your client and develop the key messages that will demonstrate your are tuned in to them, and proactive in your approach to working with them. The module focuses on the personal rapport, empathy and understanding that is vital during the entire pitch process, and embeds guiding principles in your behaviour, so that your clients will see genuine alignment when you engage with them.

The module includes video playback to provide objective review and analysis of real pitches which are practiced during the session. The skills you will walk away with are: 

  • To put together a pitch that identifies "deal winning" commercial considerations and solutions
  • To deliver a focused pitch which has significant personal impact, credibility and distinction
  • To engage in dialogue and handle questions with composure and confidence

    How You Can Get More From Your Telephone Calls More and more I hear from our clients the increasing need to conduct business over the phone. This is never going to be as effective as face to face communication, so I would always urge doing that where possible. It is clear however that travel budgets just don't allow this as much these days – if at all. So if you do find you are speaking to your clients and stakeholders a great deal over the phone then this is how you can get more from the calls.
