ProgrammesCommunicationExecutive Presentation Skills

Leadership Communication

This session is our flagship executive presentation skills programme, which will be popular with anyone looking to improve their ability to motivate, inspire and influence others as an authentic leader.

Over the past ten years over 200 executives within the city have engaged Black Isle to raise their communication skills from the acceptable to the outstanding level - and this is the simplest way to describe what the Leadership Communication programme will offer.

Many of our executive clients are already experienced leaders, subject matter experts and fully capable in their role, but often as a result of a change in appointment or increased profile, they need to be better all round communicators.  We deliver a step-change in skill levels and help them be more consistent - in their own natural style - when engaging with stakeholders, staff, investors, clients and the media.

The content and sequence of individual coaching sessions is specifically tailored to each individual's role and business, so after an initial meeting, we construct a programme of coaching sessions and a suggested schedule. Typically this will be between 4 and 6 two hour sessions, lasting 4-6 months.

Sessions tie in with important events (such as board meetings, results presentations, key stakeholder meetings, town hall presentations, external conferences or media interviews) so that we can prepare for these and also evaluate performance and impact very easily.

Video is used throughout, but as with all our coaching sessions, all footage is deleted at the end of any meeting. The engagement is run in complete confidence and with the utmost discretion on our part.

What Our Clients Say

"A brilliant programme, thank you. During feedback from the partners, your day came out as the best event over the entire talent curriculum, because it was so practical and immediately effective.

This is what we had been missing all year !"

Head of Learning and Talent Development, Global Accountancy Firm

Case Study

Keep Negotiating for More In the current climate, I would strongly encourage anyone buying or selling services to invest in practical negotiation training. Most businesses are under a huge amount of pressure to maintain revenue streams, and this means that there are huge opportunities to negotiate discounts if you have the right skills to do so.
