Impact and Influence
This group programme is designed for teams of executives or senior managers who need to improve their ability to engage and influence stakeholders more powerfully and strategically.
The programme will suit a wide audience and appeal to experienced professionals who need to raise their presence and impact within a large organisation. As well as advice and coaching on personal presentation and impact, the programme incorporates a unique analysis of personal style, and looks in depth at how to adjust that style to influence others more effectively.
The programme is designed to follow a 3 module format (but can be shortened to 2 days if preferred):
- Masterclass for 6-8 people over 1 Day
- Group Coaching for 3-4 people over 4 hours
- Individual Coaching Session for 60-90 minutes
During the masterclass we revise and practice the behaviours any executive needs to gain trust, win over stakeholders and improve their impact and profile. The second part of the programme sees the group split into smaller coaching pods, where individuals practice role-specific scenarios during a 4 hour coaching session. A major part of both sessions is the use of video review to provide objective feedback and analysis of real scenarios.
A further month or so later, one on one coaching sessions are scheduled with each individual in order to assess and reinforce the skills and techniques learned.
