What We DoIndividual Coaching

Individual Coaching

One on one coaching programmes are fully bespoke and designed to raise an individual's skills and confidence to sustainable, expert levels. 

Typically, we are engaged when an individual wants to improve their ability in role  - to engage, inspire or influence others as a more authentic leader.  However, we also take on shorter assignments where you might need to prepare for a specific event at short notice - such as a large presentation, pitch or meeting.

Our coaches are experienced, credible people.  As well as being experts in their field, they are chosen primarily because of their leadership experience, so you should feel immediately comfortable with them as your advisor.  However, we recognise the importance of personal fit, and so an initial meeting is generally scheduled with one of our coaches to allow you to freely discuss objectives, and get to know them, before making your mind up. 

Executive level coaching typically comprises a sequence of short sessions, spread over a period of between 3 and 12 months. Each programme is flexible in order to fit with individual needs, and will give you the opportunity to learn, practice and test skills which will improve your performance both immediately, and over time.  Wherever possible your coach will schedule sessions in preparation for specific events during your coaching programme. 

We measure the effectiveness of our advice and coaching by monitoring your performance over time, or at specific meetings, presentations and events. This may involve third-party feedback or our attendance at events to review your performance by video, if agreeable.
