Our group programmes are generally aimed at teams of senior managers, key fee earners or executive talent.  Whether you are looking to upskill a client facing team, improve the skills of subject matter experts or provide a full curriculum for newly promoted talent - we can design and deliver a blended solution.

Whether you are looking to improve leadership skills, influencing, personal impact, presentation style, client meetings, sales, negotiation, pitching or media interviews - our group coaching is aimed at producing a distinctive individual that others will regard as genuine, trustworthy, commercially astute and above all, an excellent communicator.  This is the reason, more than anything else, why our advice and coaching is successful with bankers, lawyers and professional advisors.

Our group programmes generally run over half days or sometimes full day sessions, and in a sequence of two or three progressive modules so skills are built up and embeded over time.  We use our unique online portal for pre and post learning, so that face to face time is taken up with practical skills coaching.  

Anyone who has ever had sports coaching in tennis or golf will testify that skills’ learning without video is a slow and painful process which can be largely experimental. This is the primary reason why our video cameras are pretty much always on during our coaching sessions – we base our training and coaching not on theory, but on practice.  Whatever the business outcome you are looking for, we design a series of practical coaching sessions using real case studies and realistic simulations, and we deliver immediate feedback and advice which is reinforced by video analysis during these sessions.
