What We DoOur Approach

Our Approach

Our guiding principles are Quality, Integrity and Commitment.  

These principles define the work we deliver, and the way we engage with our clients.  Our programmes are designed collaboratively and in most cases if there is design or development work to do, we will invest our time at no cost to you - we see this as part of the service we provide.  After a meeting to discuss requirements we would normally submit a proposal within 7 days.

Our face to face sessions are practical, intensive and challenging. Group numbers are normally small because we this allows us to create a more intimate, trusting environment where we can deliver direct feedback and advice.  We can however increase numbers where a seminar type intervention is required. Other common features of our work are:

  • Modular design to enhance learning 
  • Delivered in-house at your offices
  • Video based review used to reinforce behavioural skills 
  • Simple, tools, models and techniques are taught - for immediate effectiveness
  • Pre and post learning via our online portal

Our online learning portal is a recent addition, delivering individually tailored pre and post learning in a dynamic, mobile friendly portal.  It includes personalised video content, downloads and knowledge links. This adds tremendous value to our proposition, embeds skills based learning and helps maintain a deeper relationship between coach and client. 

We measure the effectiveness of our coaching and training through the metrics within our online portal, feedback from individuals, and by speaking to clients and stakeholders post programme in order to measure behavioural change and performance improvement.

    How You Can Get More From Your Telephone Calls More and more I hear from our clients the increasing need to conduct business over the phone. This is never going to be as effective as face to face communication, so I would always urge doing that where possible. It is clear however that travel budgets just don't allow this as much these days – if at all. So if you do find you are speaking to your clients and stakeholders a great deal over the phone then this is how you can get more from the calls.
