Only what you give us in a form: your name, work email, job role, company, phone number where you provide one, anything you type into a message or notes field, and the answers you give in our diagnostics.

We also record basic visit information — the page you were on, the page you arrived from, and any campaign tags in the link you followed.

To reply to you, to send the results you asked for, and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. If you tick the optional marketing box we will also send occasional insights, research and event invitations.

Your details are held in our own customer records system and are not sold or shared for anyone else's marketing.

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it at any time, and you can unsubscribe from any marketing email with one click.
