What you give us in a form on either website: your name, email address, job title, company, phone number if you give one, anything you write in a message or notes field, your diagnostic answers and results, and any answer to an optional question such as what change you want to make. We also record basic visit information (the page you were on, the page you arrived from, and any campaign tags in the link you followed) and, with your consent where needed, the pages you visit.

• To reply to you and send the results you asked for: because you asked us to.
• Follow-up emails to work addresses: if you give us a work email address, we may send you a short series of emails about your results and how we can help you and your organisation. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in following up on your enquiry, and only to business email addresses. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
• Emails to personal addresses (such as Gmail or Outlook): only if you tick the box to say yes (your consent). You can withdraw consent at any time.
• Newsletters, including After Monday's Tuesday note: only if you sign up (your consent).
• Understanding how our websites are used, so we can improve them.
• Book orders on aftermonday.co.uk: to process and deliver your order.
• Prospective clients: we may hold the name, job title and company of business contacts we find on professional networks such as LinkedIn, to contact them about our work, on the basis of our legitimate interest. We never email them unless they have given us a basis to do so.

You can object at any time to us using your details for marketing, and we will stop straight away. Use the unsubscribe link in any email or write to hello@blackislegroup.com.

We do not sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing. We use trusted providers to run our services: our website hosts, our email delivery provider (Resend), the secure servers that run our customer records system, and our online shop provider for book orders. They only use your details to provide their service to us.

We keep your details only for as long as we need them for the purposes above, and delete them when they are no longer needed or when you ask us to.

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, delete them, restrict or object to how we use them, or take a copy. Email hello@blackislegroup.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

We use a single first-party cookie to recognise repeat visits and measure how the site is used. It contains a random identifier and nothing about you.
